How to start a
custom design order

From your first sketch to finished pieces — here's exactly what to expect when you work with us on a custom jewelry project.

Step One
Submit Your Design
Share your sketch, CAD file, reference photo, or physical sample. The more detail the better — dimensions, material preferences, stone specs, finish type. We'll review and confirm feasibility within 1–2 business days.

Step Two
Receive Your Quote
Based on your design, we'll prepare a detailed quote covering unit cost, materials, and estimated lead time. Please note this is an estimation — minor variances may occur during actual production due to material or process adjustments. Everything is itemized and transparent.

Step Three
Sample Production
Once you approve the quote, we move into sampling. Typical sample turnaround is 7–10 business days.
$30 one-time tooling fee per design + product sample cost (estimated in Step 2) — tooling fee fully refunded when your bulk order per design reaches 100 pcs.

Step Four
Approve & Place Bulk Order
Happy with the sample? Give us the green light and we'll move into full production. Bulk production typically takes 7–10 business days.
Standard MOQ: 30 pcs per design — may vary for complex or highly customized pieces, confirmed upfront.
