Deechy Jewelry Manufacturing & Design is a 925 sterling silver and brass jewelry manufacturer founded in 2019. Our headquarters is in Guangzhou and our own factory is in Shanwei, Guangdong, China. We offer three core services: ready-to-ship wholesale jewelry, custom OEM/ODM manufacturing, and jewelry design services.

We work with e-commerce sellers, jewelry brands and designers, wholesalers, distributors and retail stores worldwide, from first-time sellers testing a few styles to established brands producing thousands of pieces.

Yes. You are welcome to visit our office in Guangzhou or our factory and showroom in Shanwei, Guangdong. Please contact us in advance to schedule a visit.

Our production capacity is up to 20,000 pieces per day, so we can support you from small test orders to large-volume production.

No. Ready-to-ship styles have no minimum order quantity, so you can order from 1 piece and test new styles without holding inventory.

No. The prices on our website are already factory-direct wholesale prices, so you can order directly without applying. Larger quantities receive tiered pricing, which is shown on each product page.

Yes. For orders under 50 pieces per style, the website price applies. For larger quantities, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will send you a quote.

Our design team adds new sterling silver styles to the catalog every month, so you can keep your store updated with current trends.

Yes. Logo engraving is available on ready-to-ship styles, from 1 piece, quoted per order.

• Send us your design: a sketch, AI design, product photo, CAD file or physical sample, plus any details you know (size, material, plating color, quantity, target price).
• We confirm feasibility and send an itemized quote within 1–2 business days.
• Our designers build a 3D CAD model in 2–4 business days, with unlimited revisions until you approve it.
• We make your physical sample for approval by video, or ship it to you.
• After you approve the sample, we start bulk production.

Custom designs start from 5 pieces per design with plating up to 1 micron. Plating over 1 micron, including gold vermeil, starts at 200 pieces in total across mixed designs.

There is a one-time tooling fee of $30 per design, which includes CAD design, plus the sample cost based on metal weight and complexity. The tooling fee is refunded once your bulk orders for that design reach 100 pieces.

Samples take 7–10 business days after CAD approval. Standard bulk orders of about 100–500 pieces take 10–15 business days. For large-volume orders of 2,000+ pieces, the timeline depends on the design and is confirmed in your quote.

Yes. Your design stays yours, and we are happy to sign an NDA before you share your files.

Yes. Our in-house design team can create exclusive designs developed around your brand's style, and we regularly release new design collections you can choose from and customize. If you only have an idea or a mood board, we can turn it into a production-ready design for you.

We manufacture in 925 sterling silver and brass, with stones including moissanite, cubic zirconia, pearls and natural gemstones. We do not produce stainless steel jewelry.

Our standard gold plating is 0.05 microns (14K or 18K gold color) and our standard white plating is 0.02 microns of rhodium. Plating over 1 micron, including 2.5-micron gold vermeil, starts at 200 pieces in total across mixed styles.

With normal wear and care, standard gold plating keeps its color for about 1–2 years and silver tones for about 2–5 years. Avoid contact with chemicals and cosmetics, and store pieces separately in a sealed bag or box.

Every piece goes through a 10-stage quality control process, including raw material inspection, high-magnification checks, stone-setting checks, X-ray plating thickness audits, corrosion and pull-force testing, and a final inspection before shipping.

Yes, at added cost. We can provide:

• Moissanite: GRA certificate
• Silver: purity report on request (Chinese version only)
• Plating thickness: report on request (Chinese version only)
• REACH: test report on request

Each moissanite order ships with one GRA certificate per order by default. If you need a certificate for every style or piece, search "GRA certificates" on our website and add the quantity you need to your cart before checking out. Some certificates are issued to order and take 2–3 business days, so orders that include them ship once the certificates are ready. Very small stones sometimes cannot be certified by GRA.

Silver purity and plating thickness reports are issued in Chinese with only some terms in English. If you need rigorous testing certificates, we recommend ordering samples and having them tested by a local institution. Certification fees are set by the independent certifying institutions, and we pass them on at cost with no markup.

Yes. We ship worldwide by air express, with delivery in about 5–10 business days. We ship DDP to most countries, which means duties are included and you won't pay extra at delivery. A few countries, such as Brazil, are not covered by DDP, so import duties may be due on delivery. Contact us to confirm for your country.

For ready-to-ship catalog orders, shipping starts at $8–15 depending on your country and is calculated automatically at checkout. For custom orders, we quote shipping based on your zip code and quantity. FedEx is available on request.

We accept PayPal, bank transfer, major credit cards and buy-now-pay-later options. Orders over $3,000 are paid by bank transfer.

For orders of $1,000 and above, we take a 30% deposit and the 70% balance is due before shipment. Orders under $1,000 are paid in full upfront.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on change-of-mind orders. Quality issues are different: if something arrives defective, we will replace it or refund it for you.

Yes. You can use our product photos to list items in your store, and when you get an order, we ship it directly to your customer. Orders are sent to us manually.

Yes, in two ways. You can make your own packaging elsewhere and send it to our warehouse, and we will use it for your orders. Or we can produce packaging to your design, with a minimum order of 1,000 pieces.
