Deechy Jewelry Manufacturing & Design has an in-house design studio that develops new designs for brands, as well as producing designs you supply yourself (OEM). 1. Share Your Brief
Tell us about your brand, your customer, your price range and the pieces you need. Mood boards, competitor examples, sketches and colours all help. The clearer the brief, the fewer revision rounds you need.
2. Concept Proposals
Our design studio turns the brief into concept sketches or renders, usually several directions for each piece. You choose the directions you like and tell us what to change.
3. CAD Modelling
Approved concepts are built as precise 3D CAD models, which takes 3–5 business days. This is where stone sizes, proportions, weight and comfort are fixed.
4. Samples
CAD models become physical samples in 5–10 business days, so about 10–20 days in total from brief to sample. You check them in hand and approve or request changes. The sample fee is credited against your first bulk order of 100 pieces or more.
5. Finishing Details
Choose plating (white rhodium, gold or rose gold, with thicker plating to a specified micron thickness available from 20–30 pieces), logo engraving, and packaging: your own, sent to our warehouse, or Deechy-made from 1,000 pieces.
6. Production
Bulk production usually takes 7–15 days, or about 25 days above 500 pieces, and every piece goes through our 10-step quality control process. Shipping by air express takes 5–10 business days, with DDP available to most countries.
